Giving pupils suitable online exercises and homework
In Flanders, the Dutch speaking part of Belgium, 70% of primary school pupils use Bingel to do online exercises both at home and at school. Furthermore, over half of the teachers use the Bingel web platform to give pupils suitable exercises and homework. VAN IN, the editor of Bingel, required a highly skilled development team to design a true performant and scalable web platform to handle the peak number of users during back-to-school season.
Axians supported VAN IN with a group expert developers on JAVA technologies to develop the web frontend. They took up the challenge by meeting the strict deadline of September (start of school) and by providing flexible solutions. The team is still on site to support every day evolution.
Axians had formerly developed a mathematic tutorial platform for VAN IN and was perfectly aware of the core business of its customer. The highly appreciated developers team was at the heart of the digital revolution in Flemish education.
